da bet nacional: One of the world’s best goalkeepers of the past decade, it’s fair to say David de Gea hasn’t exactly enjoyed the greatest couple of years in recent memory.
da brdice: The Spain international has been included in numerous PFA Team of the Years since joining Manchester United, but the past season-and-a-half have really painted a picture of a decline. And after seeing his performance, United fans flooded to Twitter to voice their thoughts on the display, with a few calling for him to be dropped or just skip out this season.
Some fans took aim over his distribution and use of the ball, with one supporter in particular calling him the “worst” amongst the top goalkeepers.
A couple of fans even simply insisted that De Gea’s reign at the top of the game is now over, with one supporter claiming that he’s “not a keeper for the modern game”.
